Traveling south on 75 Central Expressway (from I-635), exit on Walnut Hill Lane and continue on the access road through the Walnut Hill Lane light. The Carrell Clinic Center will be located on the right midway between Walnut Hill Lane and Park Lane. Traveling north on 75 Central Expressway (from Downtown), exit on Walnut Hill Lane and make a U-Turn at the Walnut Hill Lane light (you will then be headed south on the access road). The Carrell Clinic Center will be located on the right midway between Walnut Hill Lane and Park Lane. Traveling north on 635 (from I-30), merge onto Central Expressway South(US-75) via the ramp on the LEFT towards Dallas. Exit Walnut Hill Lane and continue on the access road through the Walnut Hill Lane light. The Carrell Clinic Center will be located on the right midway between Walnut Hill Lane and Park Lane. Traveling south on 635 (from I-35), merge onto Central Expressway South(US-75) towards Dallas. Exit Walnut Hill Lane and continue on the access road through the Walnut Hill Lane light.
