Veintec San Antonio includes two state-of-the-art vein care clinics owned by experienced vascular surgeons, including the founders of Veintec. The original Veintec San Antonio clinic was established at 4330 Medical Drive in 1997. It was the first free-standing clinic devoted to vein care in Texas at the time, and one of the first in the nation. The original location on the 5th floor was a 1,500 square-foot space, which the clinic quickly outgrew. It was moved to a 2,200 square-foot space in the Pavilion, its present location in 1999. In 2004, Veintec founders Drs. David J. Mozersky, and Alfred L. Laborde, were joined by their colleague in vascular surgery, Robert K. Thompson, M.D. The second Veintec clinic opened soon after in Stone Oak. The Stone Oak location is 3,500 sq. ft. and is both beautiful and state-of-the-art. The Medical Center location was completely remodeled in 2004. Spanish is spoken in both locations. Like all Veintec clinics, the San Antonio facilities specialize in healthy and beautiful legs through outpatient treatment of truncal varicose veins, reticular veins and spider veins using the most modern, medically advanced techniques. Since its inception, Veintec San Antonio has treated more than 15,000 patients. | ||
